Students from the “Sacred Heart” Roscrea were overjoyed to meet Santa Claus and the Roscrea Credit Union elf “Trixy Bell” last week.
Santa also reported that the Reindeer particularly Rudolf was in great form. He said Dancer and Comet had put on a little weight during the year and have to eat low-fat oats for a while until they are at flight weight again. Santa said he needed all his reindeers in fit and flying form as he doesn’t have time for too many rests on Christmas Eve as it takes all night long to go all the way around the world delivering toys.

Students from Coolderry National School give their approval to a visit by Santa Claus. Santa arrived at the school, compliments of Roscrea Credit Union.

Finally Santa and Tracy wished everyone a happy Christmas and reminded everyone to leave out a few Carrots for his reindeer and a piece of cake for himself on Christmas Eve night.
