The Roscrea Branch of Fine Gael hosted a buffet dance recently in the Damer Court Hotel, Roscrea, to honour the achievements of local councilor and current Mayor of North Tipperary, Mr Denis Ryan. Denis has served the local community for over twenty five years and has proved himself on numerous occasions to be of invaluable help to a countless number of individuals, businesses, local clubs, groups and voluntary organisations.
Mayor Denis Ryan was surrounded by his family and friends at a special buffet dance on Friday last to honour almost forty years of service to the local community.

For this reason alone the organisng committee were determined that politics be put aside on the night. It was gratifying that a large section of the community and representatives of various local organisations came out to show their support for a man that has done so much for so many. Music was provided by the acclaimed band “Tipp Off” and a great night was had be all.
